Your Phone is Stealing Your Sleep
We all know playing with your phone before bed is bad, but do you know why? Blue light emitted from screens suppresses melatonin production, the hormone responsible for sleep.
Try to put away all screens at least 30 minutes before bed. If you must use them, enable 'Night Shift' or 'Blue Light Filter' mode. We recommend using a traditional alarm clock instead of your phone and keeping your phone in another room to avoid late-night notifications.
